Camarillo, California — Jul 27, 2026 — NanoGrowLight announces the launch of its proprietary Nano Liquid Photonic Coating, a nano-structured photonic film the company considers the Holy Grail of grow light technology, engineered to increase PAR efficiency, tighten beam spread, and enhance spectral purity in indoor horticultural lighting.
How the Coating Works
The coating is applied to both the arc tube and reflector surface, where it redirects stray photons and improves downward delivery. As a result, it intensifies productive wavelengths, leading to stronger vegetative growth, denser foliage, and faster development.
Internal testing at NanoGrowLight’s Camarillo facility compared coated and uncoated fixtures under matched conditions, measuring canopy-level PPFD and total PPF output. However, these figures are manufacturer-reported and have not yet been independently verified. That’s part of why the company is inviting outside labs to run their own trials.

Availability and Next Steps
The technology is now available in the NanoGrowLight 250W CMH system, delivering higher canopy PAR without increasing wattage.
